Load balance oriented data processing mechanism for bounded and unbounded data in smart cities

The co-existence of bounded data and unbounded gives a great challenge for the traditional single inflexible processing in smart cities. wide promotion internet things (IoT) makes amount rapidly increase. This leads to further raise requirement cities, especially demand low latency abundant real-time video services. To solve this problem, load balance oriented mechanism cities is proposed. A city framework introduced explicit role load-balanced Based on mathematical model abstracted into an optimization problem. Aiming obtain minimum ratio (LBR), LBR algorithm presented. Through simulation experiment, superiority feasibility our work are validated via numerical prototype implementation, respectively.
